Halo Circus has been taking their time while taking the Los Angeles music scene by storm with their relentless live performances that Duran Duran’s John Taylor is calling “The best live band in the U.S.” But for the band fronted by bilingual international recording artist Allison Iraheta, their journey to get to where they are today is nothing short of wondrous.
You may recognize Allison as a Season 8 favorite on American Idol or the Telemundo show, Quinceañera: Mamá Quiero Ser Artista, although she has been anything but idle since those days. Her 2009 solo album, Just Like You, debut at the 35 position on the Billboard Top 200 album charts and sold over 35,000 copies within the first week. While developing her own personal style as an artist with Halo Circus, however, Allison has grown tremendously, which is immediately apparent on the debut Halo Circus album. Allison’s background being raised by Salvadorian immigrants is a massive inspiration for many Halo Circus songs. Growing up in South Central, Allison’s native language was Spanish, from which she draws inspiration on the band’s most popular live songs “Yo Me Voy”, “All I Have” and “Desire (Lo Que Vale La Pena)”.

KC Porter’s Cruzanderos
Latin rhythms & soul-searching vocals from Grammy-winning uber producer KC Porter (Ricky Martin, Ozomatli, Los Fabolosos Cadillacs) and his incredible band. Aside from being THE go to producer for latin music, KC Porter also founded Oneness.org in 1999, a non-profit organization whose mission is the elimination of racism and the promotion of unity through music, the arts and education. KC Porter’s Cruzanderos are expected to release their debut album in early 2016 with guest appearances from the who’s who of latin music including Julieta Venegas, Carlos Santana, Allison Iraheta and many more.

David Garza
Famed Austin,Texas guitar hero, post-punk provocateur, falsetto-wielding loverman, effects-looping mad scientist, bilingual griot and NPR favorite—but always a storyteller, relentlessly seeking that human connection.
Garza’s been making his mark since the late ’80s, when he emerged from the fertile Austin, Texas music scene with his inimitable blend of glam-rock, power pop, Latin folk, blues and even musique concrete.
Garza is aware that the customary mechanisms of the biz run counter to his eclectic impulses. “The record cycle as a template for how the way seasons change in a musician’s life—that’s all gone out the window as far as I’m concerned,” he offers with a laugh. Interspersing painting, poetry and peace conferences between his music-making forays has enriched him creatively and rescued him from what he describes as the conveyer-belt life and “bonehead profession” of being a 21st Century rock musician.
Anyone who’s caught a Davíd Garza set remembers the moments: the inspired high notes, the licks that flip from dissonance to euphony, the between-songs shaggy-dog stories, the impromptu cover tunes—the wild country where epiphanies and mistakes are indistinguishable. Whether fronting a blazing guitar trio, leading a chamber-pop lineup studded with jazz players, marshaling an army of effects pedals or commanding pin-drop stillness as a solo acoustic performer, he’s always sought to bring the audience in—even when the winds of fashion favor navel-gazing confessionals and camera-craving divas. ;/ he marvels. “It’s fear of intimacy on a mass level. Maybe social networking is the new intimacy. But this is what I do, and the people who get that are the ones I see at shows year after year.”
