Los Angeles is dressed Fashionably all week long with designers and artists showcasing their collections at the majestic Taglyan Cultural Complex in the heart of Hollywood. Local and international fashionistas and several celebrities were seen walking the red carpet, the reception, around the exhibits and front row during the runway. The contemporary setting and an art-focused environment merged audiences and designers in a perfect fusion of art, music and fashion.
Los Angeles Fashion Week opened March 13th at the W Hotel Hollywood with a glamorous VIP Gala. Kicking off on Monday, March 14th with the Fall/Winter 2016 Collection featuring notable designers such as Yas Couture by Elie Madi, Isaac Newton, Kentaro, Kate’s Couture, Jaime Elyse Couture and Willfredo Gerardo. Audiences were enchanted with a walk on the glamorous red carpet, followed by an intimate reception featuring art exhibitions and fashion vendors, music, dance, and the Runway fashion show.
Art Hearts Fashion was founded by fashion designer, producer and philanthropist Erik Rosete in 2011 and has been featured in the Mercedes Benz New York City Fashion Week and Los Angeles’ Fashion Week. Covering events from coast to coast, New York, Miami and Los Angeles, Art Hearts Fashion has become an important platform in the art and fashion industry.
In addition to perfectly fusing art with fashion, Art Hearts Fashion is a forward thinking organization raising social and philanthropic awareness by pairing with the Aids Healthcare Foundation (AHF) for shows across the country. The hope is to raise awareness to the global AIDS epidemic and make a lasting impact on more than just the fashion industry.
