Developing on the concept of Sugarfish and perfecting it even further to serve each patron by the sushi chef within seconds after they are prepared. Guest can experience great quality hand rolls where the nori stays fresh and crisp, the rice is warm, and the ingredients are delectable, all within a max of 5 seconds. Known as temaki, hand rolls are similar to the more common cut sushi rolls, except hand rolls are not cut. Hand rolls are best enjoyed quickly after they are made for optimal taste and texture. KazyNori hand rolls are truly amazing and will redefine what you think about sushi!

I agree, I wish more of these higher end plcaes would do your soy sauce/seasoning for you. That’s why I liked Mori so much. A light brush of soy by the chef and all is good. The picture of the eel looks gorgeous!
