An exploration of food and culture serving a delicious 5-course dinner. Enjoy dinner and drinks by Cerveza Famosa and Mezcal El Silencio as live music plays in the background, a vibrant gathering with plenty of room to sit back, relax and indulge.

Tuna tostada Fresh tuna, avocado cream, lemon zest, red radish petroleum vinaigrette
Mushroom sope Selection of mushrooms, chile guajillo, cabbage slaw, queso fresco and sour cream

Corunda with sweet mole Tamal cooked in banana leaf, top sirloin, raw cactus salad
