Food Connection L.A. celebrated Valentine’s Day with an intimate evening of delicious cocktails and food, romantic ambiance and great live music at the beautiful Paloma Hollywood.
An exploration of food and culture featuring Pablito’s Kitchen latest creation “BAR-ranco” serving their most delicious Peruvian dishes. The 6 courses Pre-fixe menu started with Choros Mixtos and Ceviche Clasico, followed by Yuca en Salsa Huancaina and Tiradito de Salmon with the main dishes being Aji De Gallina and Paella de Mariscos. A fantastic Valentine’s menu followed by the succulent Lucuma Cheesecake and complemented with Mezcal El Silencio Paloma and Mule Cocktails, San Antonio Winery Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, ice cold Modelo and Coors Light Beers.
Guest were delighted with a special Chill-out session featuring Gino Gamboa (percussion), Angelo Salazar (guitar) and the voice of Britt Lari with special guest Tatiana Vinci. The perfect setting for the perfect occasion, candle lights, red roses and we couldn’t miss on the original artwork being displayed. Artist Cielo Garcia treated us with a piece of his heart, a love poem that covered wall to wall.
Food Connection L.A. Pop-Up Restaurant is not to be missed, the mission is to offer Traditional Latin American Cuisine to food-loving souls together for a collaborative communal dining experience, an exploration of food and culture.
