Black Oak Ranch, CA – Having recently made waves in the festival community with the announcement of being an alcohol-free, more intimate, always welcoming and wonderfully freeing event, Enchanted Forest Gathering, NorCal’s premier boutique music, movement, and conscious living camping festival, has released the lineup for the 2016 Wisdom Shares workshops, further amplifying the restorative energy surrounding the gathering.
In addition to offering a world-class electronic + live music lineup and a movement festival within a festival, the Wisdom Shares topics are designed to invigorate and deepen connections between the few thousand participants in attendance with the help of internationally renowned speakers who will promote and share insights throughout four workshops zones: Nourishment & Nutrition, Health & Wellness, Relationships & Sexuality,and Spirituality & Science. Each Wisdom Shares workshop is designed to cater to a different aspect of consciousness and holistic living – encouraging the deeper exploration of an alternative festival experience. Attendees will find enlightenment and education in featured topics including The Art of Clearing Relationship Karma, Sacred Union of the Masculine and Feminine, The Science of the Magic of Sound and Vibration, Energy and Vitality Through Plant Food Living, Healing Hugs,and over 65 additional offerings.
Nourishment & Nutrition
Discover new ways to fuel your body throughout the festival and the rest of your life! Fully equipped with a hands-on kitchen area, there’s something for every type of eater to learn in the cooking school’s Nourishment & Nutrition workshops covering topics from Energy and Vitality Through Plant Food Living with James Sant, The Conscious Carnivore with Mischa Skolnik,to Soaking and Sprouting: How to Enliven Your Food with Ryell Carley. Each day will host a slew of sensational chefs and teachers that take you through the journey of feeding your body the right kind of goodness. By the end of the weekend, the Nourishment Lab crew will outfit participants with a list of recipes to continue forth and prosper in their own kitchen.
Health & Wellness
With Health & Wellness at the forefront of the festival’s values, the workshops in this category are plentiful and showcase a variety of enticing topics. These include Sexy Bitches Like It Raw: Amae Love & Friends Teach An Un-Cooking Class with Amae Love, a sacred Cacao Ceremony with Juan Pablo Barahona, Opening Your Heart in the Living Kitchen: James Sant, and Healing Hugs with Christopher Bonzani.
