Food Connection L.A. celebrated the holiday season with POSADA NAVIDEÑA on Thursday December 12, 2019 at the brand new Barranco Lounge in North Hollywood.
A true exploration into Peruvian cuisine in a 5-course dinner featuring Ceviche Clásico, Causa Trío, Tamal de Quinoa, Peruvian Paella “Arroz con Mariscos” and deliciously sweet Picarrones “Peruvian Donuts”.
Dinner guest enjoyed drinks by Mezcal El Silencio and Tequila Tasting by Mexcor while Fusion Vive serenated the dinner before the DJ took over the floor and got everyone dancing.
