Get ready for Comedy Central’s next great sketch series Alternatino with Arturo Castro. The new series, premiering June 18, is based on Arturo Castro’s experiences as a Latino millennial in the United States, and is sure to entertain!
The Guatemalan comedian, best known for his standout role as Jaimé Castro on Broad City and as David Rodriguez on Narcos, shines a spotlight on his struggles and everyday encounters. In the same vein as past hits Key & Peele and Inside Amy Schumer, Alternatino with Arturo Castro will take you on a laugh-filled journey on today’s topics through sketch.

Arturo’s sketches cover a wide range of topics including immigration, relationships and everyday scenarios in an innovative and hilarious approach. The series runs the gamut, featuring sketches including:
- A Department of Homeland Security PSA featuring I.C.E. Agent Bryce J. Korn announcing the transition from caged children to a “cage-free” lifestyle
- A father having the birds and the bees talk with his son, answering all his son’s hard-hitting questions ranging from sexual preference to multiple simultaneous partners

- A look at Arturo’s relationship with his Tia’s as he goes through an emotional breakup
