Unilever’s new campaign that merges passion of music and style by sponsoring Latin concert across the country and partnering up with celebrity influencers, Denis Bidot and Marcos “Reggae” Smith, who will share trendsetting beauty and grooming tips to keep Latinos ‘a la moda’! Yesterday’s pre-concert VIP launch at the Gansevoort Park South was filled with exciting fun energy around the great personal care products that will keep Latinos sporting the freshest styles. Denis shared that the campaign has really resonated with her because products such as Ponds and Dove are brands she has grown up with and trusts. Latinos will be able to fully express themselves in great style knowing that they can rock their best looks with nourishing and wholesome products that cares about their wellness. Reggae is excited about sharing trends and tips with his community and knows that many Latinos who are passionate about music and style will identify with this campaign. After having delicious bites and drinks at the exclusive pre-concert reception, we headed to the kick-off concert, The Fenix Tour NYC with Nicky Jam. The concert was packed with awesome performances from up-and-coming Piso 21, Cosulluela, and Valentino, but it was Zion and Lennox who really hyped the crowed with a captivating playlist of oldies, their hit “Pierdo la cabeza” and the debut of their new single “Embriagame”! Although the ‘lead-up’ performances were fun they ran a bit too long and should have been cut by at least 45 minutes. The crowd went wild when the headliner Nicky Jam finally took the stage and he did not disappoint. His performance was super entertaining, fun and he showed off his amazing voice with multiple acapella sessions throughout the show. From ballads to old school reggeaton hits and with his new single “Hasta el Amancer”, Nicky kept the audiences dancing and singing the entire time! The concert truly embodied passion, style and showcased the great talent that Latinos have to offer the world!
